Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl or shake in a jar until smooth.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately or let rest 20–30 minutes before serving.
