- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 3 minutes to crisp slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix hummus, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sauce over each flatbread, then top with tomatoes, olives, onion, feta, and greens.
- Bake 8–10 minutes, until edges are crisp and cheese is lightly golden.
- Drizzle with olive oil or balsamic glaze before serving.
